1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use UChatMate.

2. Description of Service

UChatMate provides AI-powered tools for content creation, including:

• AI Video Generator for creating short-form video content from text prompts
• AI Chat Assistant for intelligent conversations and brainstorming
• AI Script Writer for generating video scripts, ad copy, and social media content

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Payments & Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Credit packs are one-time purchases. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. Prices are listed in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. Unused credits from cancelled subscriptions remain available for 30 days. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the Service
• Use automated tools without express permission
• Resell generated content as a competing service
• Generate harmful, misleading, or deceptive content

7. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using UChatMate belongs to you, subject to our license terms. The UChatMate platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by MATEFORU Limited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MATEFORU Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
